  • Work with family members to create customized consolidated investment reports using client-defined performance measurements (usually performance by manager or account)

  • Work with advisor teams to create the report on a monthly or quarterly basis.

  • Audit the report to ensure its accuracy and uniformity and work with advisor teams to reconcile any discrepencies prior to providing to family.

  • Track non-liquid investments such as investment in private equity companies, limited partnerships, and real estate.

  • Track capital calls, distributions, market value, and performance of family investment funds.


  • Review all subscription documents and summarize opportunity and risks to family.
  • Prepare subscription documents for execution and facilitate the logistics of the investment.
  • Serve as address of record for portfolio companies.
  • Keep copies of all files associated with investment including tax records, stock certificates, formation documents, and company actions.
  • Participate in company update calls and summarize information for the benefit of the family.
